Jet The World private jet charter is a proud recipient of Hackensack University Meridian Medical Center’s (HUMC) ‘Keeping America Safe Assist Program’, established to assist in navigating COVID-19 and other health concerns by outlining the best practices to protect public health.

Jet The World received the official HUMC endorsement and has implemented COVID-19 protection protocols for every flight taken for both on-demand private jet charters and jet card memberships. Designed by the renowned medical center, the HUMC facility is ranked second in New Jersey and ranked among the top 1% of all hospitals in the nation.

The safety of our passengers and the promise of worry-free travel is our top priority at Jet The World, and the Keeping America Safe Assist Program helps us to meet those goals. With guidance from Hackensack Meridian Health, we were able to review our policies and safety features to identify opportunities to expand sanitation and safety protocols.

Requirements cover pre-flight risk analysis, social distancing and protective equipment, health and personal hygiene, cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and facility maintenance.

The Keeping America Safe Assist Program has also helped Jet The World to answer crucial safety questions such as: 

• How can we ensure the safety of our passengers and employees? 
• In what ways can we reconfigure our environment to encourage social distancing? 
• What is the protocol if someone tests positive for COVID-19 before a flight? 

Jet The World already presented a safer, socially distant alternative to commercial flights. With significantly fewer passengers and more room to socially distance on board, as well as the option for a completely private charter, the risk of COVID-19 exposure is far lower than navigating a crowded airport and flying commercial. But guest health continues to be one of our highest priorities, and Jet The World has taken steps to offer passengers even more safety and security when booking a private charter. 

Our flight, cabin, and maintenance crews all operate with safety precautions to mitigate any risk of spread. All surfaces are disinfected and sanitized before and after every flight, and ozone treatment is performed on the cabin either the morning of or the day before each trip. 

Our crew members also wear masks during the duration of the flight to further reduce the chance of spread.
